Our service is intended to include both maintenance and support services in one, easy to budget plan. We do offer them as separate services to accommodate some agency partners that prefer to handle one or the other. This can be confusing to distinguish between for some.
If you subscribe a site to a Maintenance plan only, we will perform the relevant maintenance and technical-related tasks to keep the site up-to-date, backed up daily off-site, performing optimally, monitor for uptime and security issues, etc.
If you subscribe a site to a Support plan only, we will support your client through your white label support inbox and provide unlimited up tasks for their site. Your agency will be responsible for on-going maintenance and security.
Most of our clients opt for the full, Total WP Care plan.
